I have a nintendo ds, and their customer service was excellent. They sent out a replacement unit free of charge right after I called them. How is sony’s customer service compared to nintendo’s? If a psp breaks, do they send out a replacement unit or do they ask you to send the broken one to their repair facility, fix it, and send it back?

It is adequate. Great service but it is difficult to get in touch with someone.
