Question by Mallow Child: question for people that know about the Sony psp and usb, adding pictures and music?

my friend gave me a usb cord and im trying to put pictures and music on it but so far all i have done is lost all my saved progress on all of my games. i have went into usb connections on the psp and tried to save my pictures on their off of my pc. please explain this to the best of your abability and use LOTS of details

First, format the memory stick
Go to the SETTINGS menu and select SYSTEM SETTINGS
click FORMAT MEMORY STICK

you hook up the usb connection
you go to the SETTINGS menu on the psp
you click USB CONNECTION
You then click the start menu on your computer
click COMPUTER (or MYCOMPUTER)]
You click REMOVABLE DISK
You click the PHOTO/PICTURE folder
you drag and drop the pictures from your pc to the folder.

You want to replace the lid, or the actual flash card readers?

I’m not sure you will be able to replace the lid, as Sony doesn’t make just the lid, and the only PS3s that had it are backward compatible PS3s, are all of them are no longer produced.

You can try calling Sony for a lid, but don’t be surprised if you can’t find one: 1-800-345-SONY (7669).

What you put the memory cards in is called the Flash Card Reader Ports.
